This special Yoga event is for Ladies only, and is intended to guide you to a calm and supportive state of mind and body. You deserve to take a breath and show yourself some love, so I hope you’ll grab your mat and come on out! Stick around after class to connect and refresh with your fellow yogis and comrades! Your drink is included in the ticket price. N/A options are available, so all ages of ladies are welcome to attend. Class is accessible to all levels and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
